• One transaction credit is debited for each maintenance request submission that is sent to you.
• While handling requests, you may also have a need to assign work or bid requests to vendors or field reps.
• One transaction credit is also debited any time you assign work or bid requests to vendors or field reps.
• If you choose a transaction cycle (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), any credits you have are not debited until your cycle expires.
• A Preferred Membership allows you to receive general requests from both registered and non-registered users.

So, When Ordering Transaction Credits, What am I paying for?

• First of all, this is not a lead generation system, so you are not paying for leads.
• Even though list management is incorporated within, you are not paying to be on a list.

• Simply, this application is a management tool used in managing and coordinating your work orders.
